The Community Development Planner performs land use, zoning, and short- and long-range planning functions for the City. This professional position shall be the primary point of contact for information flow among developers, applicants, engineers, attorneys, other consultants, and City departments for all assigned projects to ensure the exchange and presentation of pertinent information to the Planning Commission and City Council. This position also provides staff support to the Historic Preservation Review Commission and the Variance Board. Occasional evening meetings and the ability to work a flexible schedule are required. The Community Development Planner reports to the Assistant City Administrator. Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning, Community Development, Public Administration or related field. Master’s degree desirable. Minimum two years progressively responsible experience in municipal planning. AICP credential preferred. This is a full-time, exempt position. Salary range $68,970-$98,233/year plus excellent benefits. POSITION: Police Records Coordinator

The Police Records Coordinator performs a wide variety of complex clerical/digital tasks. Deals with highly confidential and sensitive information. Work is performed in partnership with external customers and criminal justice agencies to deliver effective services. The Police Records Coordinator is responsible for public records management, support services within the department, and essential documentation tasks for the Chief of Police.
